God’s people were about to be invaded by two foreign kings and they were afraid. God reminded them that he was with them and not to be afraid. We don’t always know what is coming our way, but we can be sure that something bad is coming. Whether it’s a lost job, a bad health report, or some other tough situation, bad news is always right around the corner. To conquer that, we just stay focused on God. Our faith in him is something we can always lean on.
